TACO SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. prepared taco sauce
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
2-3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

In large saucepan, brown ground beef and onion, and drain. Add taco sauce, tomatoes, beans, corn, chili powder and garlic salt; mix well. Bring to a boil, simmer, covered for 15 minutes. Sprinkle each serving with the following just before serving: 2 tablespoons grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with corn chips.
