6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
4 oz. - 1/2 c. grated cheese (any variety)
1 pkg. brown and serve sausage

Beat together eggs and milk. Pour into small greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, top with sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
