ELSA'S SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread
3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. minced dry onion
6 to 8 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tsp. reg. mustard
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan: line pan with bread slices. Add cooked, drained sausage, onions, cheese (layer). Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, uncovered.

This recipe may be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning.
