SWISS CHICKEN QUICHE | |
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 tbsp. chicken flavored instant bouillon 3 eggs, well beaten 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. milk 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. chopped pimiento Heat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell 8 minutes and remove from oven, reduce heat to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl toss cheese, flour and bouillon. Add other ingredients, mix well. Pour into shell and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
