MANDARIN ORANGE VINAIGRETTE 
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil

Place drained orange slices into blender and mix well. Add vinegar, spices and sugar. Blend and pour in oil. Refrigerate/shake before serving.
