STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE 
1 lg. or 2 sm. cherry Jello
1 sq. sponge cake
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Frozen or fresh strawberries (optional)

Mix Jello as usual, let set to almost stiff. Beat Jello with electric beater until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip, little at a time. Tear off pieces of sponge cake and fold into mixture. Fold in frozen/drained or fresh strawberries. Put into a 9x13 pan and set for 1 hour in refrigerator. Use an 8 oz. Cool Whip for frosting, if desired.
