SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. yellow squash or 4 med. 1 med. chopped onion 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Dressing Mix 1 stick butter (mix with dressing mix, reserve 1/2 c. for top of casserole 1 grated carrot 1 chopped green pepper 1 can cream chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream Boil squash and onion until tender. Drain and mix with remaining ingredients and put in casserole. Sprinkle with dressing mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
