1 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
3 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped and drained

Drain frozen spinach. Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover; chill.

Makes 3 cups.
