1 can Eagle brand milk
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 sm. can fruit cocktail
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, cut in half and drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 graham cracker crusts

Mix Eagle brand milk and Cool Whip together, then add lemon juice and mix all other ingredients. Pour in pie shell and refrigerate for 2 hours. Makes 2 pies.
