MAPLE PECAN PIE 
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. maple syrup
1 c. chopped pecans
1 carton whipping cream
1 cooked pie shell
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

Cook milk and syrup over low heat until thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Pour into baked pie shell, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup pecans. Whip whipping cream, add 2 tablespoons sugar. Sprinkle with toasted coconut or small bit of chopped pecans. Refrigerate until set.
