MAPLE PECAN PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
8 oz. maple syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. pecan halves or pieces

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie shell 8 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 8-12.
