MAPLE PECAN PIE 
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. maple syrup
1 c. broken pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pie shell

Cream together the butter and sugar. Then add the flour and beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell crust and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Makes a large (9 inch) pie.
