PECAN STUFFING FOR TURKEY 
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. milk (hot)
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients, pouring hot milk over bread crumbs. Stuff the turkey.
