GRANOLA BARS | |
5 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. sunflower seeds & nuts 1/2 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. coconut 1/2 c. powdered milk 2/3 c. honey 2/3 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla Place oats in ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in sunflower seeds, wheat germ, coconut and powdered sugar. Add honey, oil and vanilla to dry mixture. Stir until thoroughly coated. Bake 10 to 15 minutes stirring every 3 to 5 minutes until uniformly golden. Do not overbake. Let cool in pan undisturbed. Then break into chunks. Store in air tight container. |
