VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
16 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower, broccoli, carrots or any combination 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese (2 oz.) 2 oz. grated Swiss cheese (1/2 c.) 1 roll crushed Ritz crackers 6 tbsp. melted butter Cook vegetables as directed on package. Place in greased casserole and sprinkle cheese over top. Mix melted butter and crushed crackers. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until crumbs are lightly browned and cheese is melted. |
