TURKEY PUFF 
2 c. (or more) turkey, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Mix this well.

Place in bottom of flat greased pan (9 x 13-inch or bigger). Spread turkey mixture on top. Place 1/2 slice triangles of bread over mixture. Beat together and pour over all of bread slices, 4 eggs and 3 cups milk. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight or few hours. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Then spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup on top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with parsley and cut in squares for serving. Very good and serves at least 10.
