BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
8 ounces cottage cheese
1 medium chopped onion
1 stick melted butter
10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli (partially thawed)
4 eggs

Melt butter in 13 x 9 pan. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour into pan.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
