FARMER'S PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 clove garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper
4 potatoes, diced
2 onions, sliced
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Trim excess fat from chops and roll in flour, brown chops and garlic in hot fat. Place potatoes in baking pan; top with browned chops. Put onions over chops. Blend sour cream, salt, mustard; pour over potatoes, chops and onions. If mixture is too thick, add a little milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
