"UPSIDE DOWN" BROWNIE PUDDING 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1 1/4 c. hot water
1/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. brown sugar

Sift together: flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add milk, oil and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over batter. (It will be watery liquid on top - but that will become a sauce on the bottom.) Temperature: 350. Time: 40 minutes.

Serves: 6-8. Great with ice cream!
