HERB AND CHEESE CORNBREAD 
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. basil
1 tsp. Rosemary
1 tbsp. cilantro

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 9"x9" pan. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
