SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 c. yellow squash
2/3 c. onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
little melted butter

Boil squash and onion; drain. Mash. Add all ingredients together.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
