GOLDEN DOLLAR SALAD 
2 lbs. carrots
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper

Slice carrots. Cook until tender-crisp. Slice onion and green pepper thinly. Arrange layers of carrots, onions and peppers in bowl or jar. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Let stand at least 24 hours. Makes nice gift in pretty jar.
