TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (1 1/4 oz.) env. taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 head lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
1/3 c. sliced ripe olives

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into baking dish.

Add ground beef. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, olives and if desired, sour cream. 6-8 servings.
