2 bananas, crushed
2 c. frozen fresh strawberries
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 gallon lemonade

Mix and freeze. Partially thaw and put in bowl with 1/2 gallon of lemonade, and 1/2 gallon sherbet. Pour in 1 bottle of 7-up (optional).
