2 c. onions, chopped
Chopped garlic, small amount
1 c. red and green peppers
Boiled potatoes
4 eggs
2 c. milk
Shredded cheese
Sausage patties

Slice boiled potatoes. Salt and pepper as desired. Place in baking dish. Put sausage patties on top. Beat eggs and add milk. Pour over potato dish. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake 45 minutes or so at 350 degrees.
