CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. salt
cracker crumbs

Lay chicken breasts in oblong baking dish. Mix sour cream, lemon juice, horseradish and salt together and put over chicken. Prepare day before; cover with foil and refrigerate. When ready to use, roll each piece in cracker crumbs. Bake at 350°F approximately 1 hour.
