ITALIAN STEW 
4 to 8 round steaks
1 each: green, red and yellow peppers
1 large onion
3 celery sticks
2 carrots
2 bottles Italian dressing
1 c. water
1 bag egg noodles

Slice peppers, onion, carrots and celery in roaster. Place steaks, water and Italian dressing in roaster. Cook at 375°F for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Add egg noodles, uncooked, about 10 minutes before you take out of oven.
