PINEAPPLE-CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
water
2 pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. chopped orange peel
3 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)

Drain syrup from pineapple and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Heat to boiling and pour over gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved. Stir in pineapple and remaining ingredients in order given. Turn into 8-inch ring mold. Chill until firm.
