FRUIT JAM FOR DIABETICS | |
2 c. fresh fruit, peeled and chopped 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. low calorie gelatin, strawberry or orange 1 tbsp. Real Lemon 4 packets Equal Cook fruit and water for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes. Then stir in Equal. Spoon into sterilized jars. Cool until set. Will keep in refrigerator about one month. |
