RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
3 c. sugar or 2 c. honey
1 (20 oz.) box raisin bran
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, beaten

Mix dry ingredients all together. Add buttermilk, Crisco and eggs together with dry ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Muffins keep 6 weeks.
