SPICED FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 can (17 oz.) unpeeled apricot halves, drained
1 (1 lb.) Bartlett pear halves, drained
1 can (15 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 lg. orange, peeled and sectioned
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter
Vanilla ice cream

Set oven to 350 degrees. Put fruit in 2 quart casserole. Blend brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over fruit. Dot with butter. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm in individual bowls. Top with ice cream.
