3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

Sift all dry ingredients. Bake in greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
