HEAVENLY PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
1 stick butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. size instant pistachio or any flavor pudding
1 container Cool Whip

Mix together 1 stick butter and flour and the cup of chopped nuts. Press in bottom of 9x12 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, turn back to 300 degrees and bake crust for 15 minutes. Let cool thoroughly.
