RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) box Kellogg's Raisin Bran 2 1/2 c. sugar 5 c. flour 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 4 beaten eggs 1 c. Wesson oil 1 qt. buttermilk Mix dry ingredients together, add beaten eggs and buttermilk and oil. Fill muffin tins almost to top. Bake at 400°F. for 15 minutes. They will be dry if baked too long. Refrigerate and cook only as needed. Keeps for 1 month or more. |
