NO KNEAD YEAST ROLLS 
2 lg. or 3 sm. eggs
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening, half butter
3 c. warm water
8 to 10 c. flour

Mix together egg, salt, sugar and shortening. Dissolve yeast in water and add above mixture. Add flour 2 cups at a time and stir well. Don't get dough too stiff, add just enough flour to easy handling. Place in greased bowl. Let rise for several hours, punching down when it gets to top of bowl. Roll out about 1/2 inch thick for cinnamon rolls. Spread with mixture of 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter and 3 tsp. cinnamon. Then roll up and cut into 1 inch slices. Put into pan cut side down and let rise until double. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

This recipe will make 4 loaves of bread. Shape dough into 4 bread pans. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
