NO KNEAD YEAST ROLLS 
2 lg. or 3 sm. eggs
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
3 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
8-10 c. flour

Mix water, yeast and sugar; set aside. Mix remaining ingredients then combine everything. Let rise in warm place. Punch down and make into bread, rolls or cinnamon rolls. Let rise again then bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes.
