NO - KNEAD CRESCENT ROLLS
1 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. safflower oil or other liquid oil
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. cold water
3 eggs beaten
5 c. flour

Add sugar, oil, salt and water to the scalded milk. Mix in the well beaten eggs and the dry yeast, gradually add the flour mixing well, no kneading is necessary. Can be mixed with an electric mixer if desired. Cover bowl with wax paper and a towel and let rise until size has doubled. Divide dough into three equal parts and roll into pie shapes about 1/2 inch thick.

Cut each pie shape into quarters and each quarter into thirds. Begin at large end and roll into rolls. Place on greased baking sheet and let rise until double in size. Bake 13 to 14 minutes in a 375 degree oven until golden brown. Butter tops while warm. These are easy to make and very delicious. They can also be made into round sandwich buns or cinnamon rolls.
