NO KNEAD YEAST ROLLS | |
2 lg. eggs 2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. shortening 3 c. warm water 2 pkg. dry yeast 8-10 c. flour Mix together eggs, salt, sugar and shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to above mixture. Add flour 2 cups at a time, stir well. Don't get dough too stiff, add just enough for easy handling. Place in greased bowl and let rise for several hours. Punching down when it gets to top of bowl. Then make out into cinnamon rolls or plain rolls or 4 loaves of bread. Let rise and bake at 375 degrees. |
