NO FAIL SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt
10 slices white bread, cubed

Beat eggs. Add milk, cheese, salt and bread. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake the following day for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
