1 stick butter
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. sugar
4 c. popped corn
1 c. nuts or peanuts

Combine all, cook stirring occasionally until mixture boils. Reduce heat, continue cooking to 260 degrees (soft crack stage).
