CRISPY CARAMEL POPCORN | |
Pop about 3 quarts of popcorn (I use peanuts in my caramel corn). Bring to boil for 5 minutes: 2 c. light brown sugar 2 tbsp. butter Remove from heat, add: 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. vanilla Then pour over corn and mix. Place in oven. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. When done, remove from oven. Cool. Break apart. |
