SWISS STEAK 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. round steak
Oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Flour for rolling steak

Cut steak in pieces. Roll in flour. Brown in a skillet in the oil, then put in Dutch oven. Brown onions and pepper in same skillet. Add to steak and cover with the two cans of tomato sauce plus 2 to 3 cups water. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
