TO PRESERVE SMOKED SALMON | |
Slice smoked salmon in thin slices. Arrange in layers in a Mason jar. Add 1/2 bay leaf. Add a dozen peppercorns. Cover with olive oil. Close jar tightly. Place in coldest part of the refrigerator. Do not freeze. It will keep at least 6 years. |
