TACO PIE 
1 (1 lb.) can refried beans
1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chile peppers
8 oz. sour cream
4-6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese

In a glass pie plate, spread beans on bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle taco seasoning over this. Then sprinkle green chiles. Cover with layer of sour cream. Next, sprinkle Cheddar cheese to cover sour cream. Bake in 325 degree oven or microwave until hot and bubbly. Serve with nachos or tortilla chips. (Especially good for fall and winter parties, football watching.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
