TUNA BURGERS | |
2 cans tuna, water packed and drained 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. minced onion 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish 1/4 c. catsup 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. mustard 1 tsp. lemon juice Mix all ingredients together. Lightly butter both sides of hamburger rolls. Fill with tuna mixture. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or mix all ingredients plus 1 cup cracker crumbs and 2 eggs. Put in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
