TUNA BURGERS 
6 hamburger buns
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
7 oz. can tuna fish, drained
1/2 American cheese, diced
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. ripe olives, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. relish (pickle)

Mix all ingredients for filling. Salt and pepper to taste. Split buns, butter and sprinkle with paprika and diced cheese. Fill with tuna mixture. Replace tops. Just before serving, heat on baking sheet in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 15-20 minutes. Makes 6 tuna burgers.
