SHRIMP CREOLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large can tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp

Sauté onion, green pepper and celery in butter. Add flour, salt, pepper, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Add shrimp last 10 minutes.

Serve on a bed of cooked white rice. Better cooked in Swanson chicken broth.
