CORNMEAL PIE CRUST 
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley
1 egg

Combine all dry ingredients using a pastry blender cutting in the butter until coarse crumbs. In another bowl, mix milk, parsley and egg beating with a whisk. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients stir until moist.
