RAVIOLI FILLING 
1 c. bread crumbs, dampened with broth
1 c. ground leftover roast or chicken
1 onion
3/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
5 sprigs fresh thyme
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooked spinach, chopped (can substitute Swiss Chard)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Or 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, pork steaks, fried then ground.

Mix all together and then ready to place in dough. See Ravioli Dough recipe for assembly.
