PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 white cake mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 c. 7-Up or Club Soda
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
1/2 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. nuts, chopped

Mix Cool Whip and pistachio pudding mix. Spread on cake. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
